The Near Surface Geoscience Exhibition will be running from 20-24 September 2026. This year’s edition will be held in parallel to 4 conferences:

Environmental and Engineering Geophysics
Mineral Exploration and Mining
Hydrophysics
Geohazards Assessment & Risk Mitigation

The Exhibition is focused on showcasing products and services related to near-surface geoscience and provides the central meeting space for companies to display their offerings. Additionally, it serves as a platform for delegate networking and participation in activities, such as the student programme, icebreaker reception and more.

Exhibition Packages

Booth Package

The Booth Package includes:

White-wall panels
Socket outlet, including normal electricity consumption
A fascia with a name board on all open sides of the booth

Furniture is not included in the Booth Package
Fees are per square meter, excluding VAT and in Euros (€)

Field Demonstrations

Near Surface Geoscience Conference & Exhibition 2024 offers companies and institutes the opportunity to demonstrate their products and services to a focused audience through the field demonstration programme.

Tuesday 10 September \| 15:20 - 17:00 (exact time tbc)
In front of the venue main entrance (by the grass patches)

No other event activities will take place concurrently.
All delegates are invited to have a look at the special exhibits presented by our exhibitors in an informal setting.
Field demonstrations will take place on a first come first served basis.
